Part del fons era ja a l'ABEV abans d'iniciar la revisió i informatització. Al llarg del projecte no es va poder arribar a tractar aquest fons i es va descriure només a nivell de fons i sèrie a partir del catàleg manual existent. El 12 d'abril de 2006 va ingressar a l'ABEV altra part del fons, procedent de la parròquia d'Oló, i el tractament d'aquella part va fer necessari tractar també la part ja existent a l'ABEV, corregint dates i classificacions incorrectes
